$650 RV living space for rent (Lakehead - Lake Shasta)

We have available a few spots for those wishing to reside in a RV or motorhome.
We have a 92 space RV park that will be accepting applications for long term residents.
Our lowest lot rent is $650 per month plus your share of PGE costs.
A typical lot is 37 long x 16 feet wide which can accommodate a 30 feet long RV or trailer.
We have spots going up to 100 feet long at an additional cost.
The average electrical bill is about $175 per month but can be much lower if you are on a fixed income.
We are 26 miles away from the City of Redding which is about a 1/2 hour drive or 19 miles or 22 minutes away from the City of Shasta Lake.
Please note that, if you also wish to park a car, that this space is only long enough to fit a typical size car plus a trailer that is no more than 23 feet long.
However, we do have spots going up to 100 feet long at an additional cost.
Rent includes your water, sewer and trash service.

There is 30 amp or 50 amp service, depending upon availability.

A refundable security deposit will be required.
Credit cards are accepted.
Long term residents have the option of upgrading or moving to another space, at a slight cost, when available.
On site hot showers and restrooms are available.
A small laundrymat is on site.
Outdoor cooking is allowed but no charcoal or wood burning is permitted.
Propane or electrical BBQs are acceptable.
As a convenience, propane is sold on site.
Pets are allowed but dogs must be on a lease.
Dog owners must use a litter bag when walking their pet.
Park manager is available to address your concerns.
Close to the freeway.
A creek backs up to the property and fishing is permitted with a fishing license.
Swimming and boating are also common activities.
A community kitchen and outdoor picnic tables are available.
Basic is free Wifi through ATT.
High speed internet is available through Warp2 or Hughsnet Satellite.
TV through Dish Network can be ordered.
Please note that trains run near the park and throughout the City of Lakehead occasionally.
