I have large areas to fill.
Easy access and dumping.
Just off of Bear Mtn Rd beyond the Bear Mtn RV park.
I can take as much as you have to bring, even if you are a commercial operation and have 100's of loads.
If you have a truck towing a dump trailer or a dump truck, you can access the property and dump easily.
A super long dump truck (40 feet) could make it and dump in one or two locations successfully.
If you only have a small amount to bring, that is fine too.
If you need a free location to dump a lot of dirt, rocks, or concrete, I can use it all.
It doesn't have to be clean dirt.
It shouldn't contain organic matter like wood, stumps, or brush, but can contain rock of any size and concrete chunks.
All rocks, tile, masonry, and concrete is welcome.
I would prefer not a lot of rebar, but I could cut off any offending pieces once it was dumped.
I have a backhoe, so can keep the area smooth for ease of multiple dumps.
So far, everyone has been glad to dump here and the fill has been very helpful for me.

PLEASE NOTE! For the first time (July 2020), someone became stuck as they stopped just prior to making it all the way up the Janet Way approach on the gravel road.
This person had a very large trailer with dirt and a 2 wheel drive truck.
A 2 wheel drive truck with a payload in the bed would have no problem.
The same 2 wheel drive truck with an overloaded trailer can make it - just don't stop until the top of the incline.
Four wheel drive trucks towing large trailers have always made it without incident.
If you are uncertain, please speak with me on the phone first.
There is a backhoe available for towing should such an incident occur again.
It hasn't happened since that one time in 2020.
If you are putting in a swimming pool, and need a place to move the dirt, this location could work for you.
