_Job Summary_
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician to join our team.
As a Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service while performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of residential garage doors.
You'll work closely with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met, and their garage doors are functioning flawlessly.
_Key Responsibilities_
* Customer Focus: Provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our garage door solutions.
* Technical Expertise: Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of residential garage doors with precision and attention to detail.
* Estimates: Collaborate with customers, accurately measure garage areas, and provide detailed estimates for the services required.
* Sales Support: Work alongside our sales team to ensure seamless communication, efficient operations, and satisfied customers.
* Technology: Daily use of Apple tablets and Service Titan efficiently to document customer interactions, create estimates, and maintain organized records.
_Qualifications:_
- A valid driver's license.
- Basic math skills
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Apple tablets and Service Titan.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Pass a background check
