We are in need of someone to get eyes on our property turns in a few NorCal locations.
Official job title is Project Manager Contractor Hirer vendor helper person kinda.
Maybe the contractor is you and you are talented and detail oriented and not a corner cutter than you should message here too.
We are a full time foreclosure and distressed RE company and we need help.
We are open for discussion on compensation.
Assume part time with some weeks busier than others.
Need reliable transportation (a must) Need a camera phone (believe me some peeps still have flip phones) A great attitude and some flexible hours That’s about it.
