Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties without accommodations: * Must pass a Drug, DMV and Background check (Live Scan fingerprint check) * Candidates must be 18 years of age or older * Must care about customers! Field Duties: * Can safely, and effectively communicate with crewmembers from start to finish on all scales of projects and builds.
* Knows and understands proper terminology for structural members, and the proper implementation of them in re-construction/ new building * Communicates daily to the supervisor both onsite needs and demands, as well as changes which speed or slow the completion of the project or projects.
