Requirements:
• Must have a valid and clean California Driver's License
• Must be able to pass Pre-Employment screening
• Must be able to work well with others and follow directions
• Must be able to read job site plans
• Must be detailed orientated, takes initiative and versatile in skills
• Be eager to learn and advance within the company
• At least 2-years’ experience within the construction industry
• Must work safely, efficiently, follow directions and work well with others
As a laborer, you are also required to have experience with, yet not limited to:
• Traffic control
• Clearing debris from work site(s)
• Use of jackhammers, hand tools and other small equipment.
• Experience with underground utilities and will take preference.
As a cement mason/finisher, you are also required to have experience with, yet not limited to:
• Structural building, street, curb and sidewalk
• Concrete Finishing; forming, framing and rebar tying
As an operator, you are also required to have experience with, yet not limited to:
• A backhoe, excavator, skip-loader, hammer and grader
• Having experience and knowledge with trenching and underground is a plus
• Operate safely with high skill production and accuracy.
• Must care and respect the equipment, vehicles and the project site(s)
