Enoven of Redding seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and installation process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
This is a leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

*Position Responsibilities*
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and develop employees to improve performance and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Resolve any production issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment preferably in a mechanical or automotive environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in basic math and the use of precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team
