*Scope of Work *
- Research new projects on Builders Exchange platform and implement strategies to improve the estimating process.
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates and meet bid deadlines .
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information to manage current projects , as well as bid new projects .

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction estimating & Project Management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Bid processes
*Responsibilities :*
-Review, assess and interpret bid documents with respect to working drawings.
-Annotate and understand the drawings and perform takeoff proposals.
-Formulate Schedules for existing projects .
-They will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for new construction projects, negotiating pricing with vendors and subcontractors, and monitoring project costs throughout the construction process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimating, strong knowledge of the bidding process for public works and prevailing wage projects .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,111.
