Associate IT Support Technician

Job Duties: * Provide hardware and software installation and support for end users.
* Perform basic trouble shooting, parts replacement, system upgrade, configuration, setup and maintenance of both Mac and PC desktops, laptops, tablets, phone and email.
* Demonstrate thorough understanding of all Windows operating systems and Mac OS 10.
7 to current.
* Thorough documentation of operation procedures and workflows.
* Must be comfortable with client interactions/consulting both in person and remotely (phone skills are essential).
* Familiarity with remote workstation support and troubleshooting is preferred.
* Fundamental knowledge/understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
* Must be motivated to learn new concepts as technology changes.
* Must have the ability to follow problems through to the end with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
* Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
* Maintain a professional appearance at all times while at work.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.
