Mitigation & Restoration Project Manager

SERVPRO of South Shasta County is a Restoration Company and a General Contractor.
We have been in Shasta County for over 20 years.
We are looking for an individual that is able to run jobs for residential and commercial insurance claims.
- IICRC certified - Familiar with insurance company policies and procedures - Able to speak knowledgeably with adjusters and scope a job over the phone - Excellent communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Able to do an inspection and explain the claims process to customers - Able to accurately scope out a job (water/cat3/trauma/mold/etc.
) - Ability to ask for help when needed - Manage and run multiple jobs at the same time - Extremely organized with great attention to detail - Have the necessary computer skills to do the job - Professional appearance - Team player Must have Driver’s License, have a personal vehicle, able to Pass a Drug Test, & Background Check.
Self-motivator that can stay on task and take direction well.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.
00 - $25.
