Construction Superintendent

*Full Time Position* *Rate of Pay:* Salary starts at $72,800 a year *SERVPRO of South Shasta County is a Restoration Company and General Contractor.
We have been in Shasta County for over 23 years.
The right individual will have or be the following:* *EXPERIENCE/SKILLS* 5 years+ Management experience in construction Familiar with Xactimate, able to write estimates (2+ years) CRM use for documentation.
Very computer literate.
Learn new programs quickly.
Able to work with subs and coordinate many construction jobs both small and very large, simultaneously.
Familiar with cloud-based storage programs *PERSONALITY/WORK ETHIC* Extremely self-motivated Extremely capable, able to manage many tasks/projects at one time.
Smart, willing to persist until a solution is found.
Maintain composure and patient in difficult situations.
Doesn’t get angry easily Willing to take criticism, teachable and humble.
Creative, likes to think out of the box.
Would rather “crawl in than call in”.
Excellent people skills.
Handle difficult customers with grace and professionalism.
Willing to work long hours to get the job done, including evenings and Saturdays, if needed Very enthusiastic about your work *COMPENSATION* 50-60 hour work week.
Future Income growth potential based on growth of department production and profitability.
Must demonstrate capabilities during 90 day probationary period.
