Ryobi 40v 4Ah Battery HAS VOLTAGE DOES NOT LIGHT UP for 5bucks - $5 (Redding)

I do not have any Ryobi Tools or Ryobi Chargers, but I know a valuable battery when I see one.
--I buy lots of "returned to manufacturer" batteries by the kilogram to rip apart for the still good, valuable 18650 cells inside them to use for building e Bike batteries.
When I see something like this in the multi-kilo boxes of batteries, something that might have been part of a tool that was returned to the store after someone only used it a couple times, I get excited to sell it.

This is a 4amp-hour 10s2p Ryobi battery.
