We're excited to announce the opening of our third location and are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Anderson and Redding.
*Position Overview:* We're searching for experienced Sales Associates who are passionate about automotive sales and dedicated to providing outstanding service to our customers.
As we expand, we need individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to exceed sales targets.
*Responsibilities:* * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
* Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers.
* Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive product information.
* Negotiate pricing and close sales transactions efficiently.
* Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
* Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
* Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
*Qualifications:* * *Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus.
* * Proven track record in automotive sales, particularly in the used car segment.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
