*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Prospecting and Lead Generation:* Identify and prioritize prospects within the assigned territory through research, networking, and cold calling.
Continuously expand the customer base by generating new leads and referrals.
* *Consultative Selling:* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' marketing objectives, branding requirements, and budget constraints.
Present customized solutions utilizing our screen printing, embroidery, and promotional product offerings to meet client needs effectively.
* *Relationship Management:* Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
* *Sales Presentations and Proposals:* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
Articulate the value proposition of Promotional Images' products and services effectively.
* *Sales Negotiation:* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maximizing value for both parties.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
* *Market Intelligence:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding product performance, customer preferences, and market demands.
* *Sales Reporting and Forecasting:* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and objectives.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the printing, embroidery, or promotional products industry.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
* Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and goals.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $150,000.
