Rate of Pay: Starting $22/hour with uncapped potential increases based on sales.
SERVPRO of South Shasta County is a Restoration Company and a General Contractor.
We have been in Shasta County for over 20 years.
We are looking for an individual that is skilled in both Marketing and Managing its respective department.
Must have Drivers License, Pass Drug Test, & Background Check.
Self-motivator that can stay on task and take/give direction well.
Great Customer Services and Communication is a must.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning the number of CE
classes and topics, planning the number of lunch-and-learns and topics, scheduling the
budget, and developing action plans for centers of influence (COIs)
* Develop marketing initiatives and budget, create annual marketing plan
* Increase sales revenue and achieve goals
* Plan on recruiting and hire sales and marketing staff.
Thereon evaluate sales and
marketing staff performance whilst supervising marketing administrative task.
Skills Required:
* Sales, marketing, or customer service experience
* Demonstrated history of sales ability and growth
* Effective oral & written communication
* Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
* Organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport
* Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to multi-task
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent experience is a plus
