Rental includes: Electric & gas utilities, internet, shared washer/dryer, shared kitchen for cooking & cleaning, driveway parking and these furnished rooms:

10 x12 Bedroom has a full-sized bed with bed linens, nightstand and a dresser.
The closet has hangers and a shoe rack.
2.
Bathroom is a tub/shower combo with bath linens and initial cleaning supplies.
3.
Dining & relaxation room has a table and chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and kitchen supplies.
There is a leather recliner & side table plus a 42" Roku TV.
This room also has a closet that houses initial cleaning supplies and garbage cans.
House is in a South Redding subdivision.
Must have your own transportation: 10 min to downtown/hospitals, 15 min to mall/Hilltop drive & 20 min to Shasta/Simpson College
Additional Information:
1.
I keep to myself & want a roommate who, while friendly, is not needy or clingy.
I don't need/want daily conversations.
I am not looking for a best friend or someone to take care of or share my life with.

I have 2 cats.
If you have a fur-baby, we will need to discuss in depth and ensure they are compatible.
There would be an additional pet fee.
3.
No Smokers or drug users.
Light/social drinking OK
4.
No regular overnight guests.
5.
I am a night owl and TV watcher.
I am quiet and hope my home will remain so, but don’t mind quiet music/tv.
6.
I prefer you be employed.
However, if you are a student, other income will be considered.
