You must also pass a background check to which there is a $40 non refundable fee.
Free utilities if used and not abused, also free laundry service provided, or if you choose you can go to laundromat.
Home is not child or pet proof so are not allowed.
I try to keep my home clean and expect you to do the same with your room.
No room for furniture or hoarders, room is fully furnished.
