Looking for female over 50 with a reliable job and proof of employment.
Must have reliable vehicle/transportation (I am not a caretaker or an Uber driver).
Prefer a non-smoker because I am trying to quit, but not a deal breaker.
TRAVEL NURSES WOULD BE GREAT!
Please no EXCESSIVE DRINKING, DRUGS (includes 420), DRAMA, PARTIES, OVERNIGHT STAYS UNLESS DISCUSSED AHEAD OF TIME of family members only (grandchildren ok, no boyfriends).
Amenities: Private Bath (must keep clean), Walk-in closet, TV in rm, Pool, w/d, wifi, access to kitchen w/room in refrigerator, guest streaming channels, quiet neighborhood in Country Heights.
Preferably no animals but can discuss that further if you have a dog (definitely no cats).
And he/she will also be interviewed LOL.

I have a job.
I like to craft, crochet (but currently working on craft room).
I do watch my grandsons from time to time (3 and 5yrs old).
$520 RENT + 1/2 COR bill (Electric, Water, Waste Management combined)
$300 DEPOSIT
Rental Agreement & House rules to be agreed upon and signed.
Month to month lease and will reevaluate after 3 months.
