The room for rent is 10x10 ft not including closet and desk hutch.
Condo has a nice patio and there is community pool.
Minutes driving to the beach.
Walk to restaurants and supermarkets.
Looking for somebody who is employed with verifiable income, or can demonstrate ability to pay.
Month to month lease.
Looking for the right fit to live with my 65 yr old retired mother.
Room is available now.
Room is unfurnished, but can come furnished.
Rent is $550 and deposit is $500.
Split utilities for internet and electricity/gas.
Well behaved dogs ok.
