Wi-Fi + all utilities included and access to the washer & dryer.
You have access to the kitchen of course, washer & dryer, street parking.
Room is unfurnished upstairs you will share a bathroom with another male im downstairs.
I’m right next to Target so your near everything in walking distance.
This is a short term rental for 4 -5 months only.
Could potentially become longer .
Rent is $520.
00 a month due at move in with a deposit of $ 250.
00 Your last months rent will be prorated not the first month.
No pets, drugs or heavy drinking, 420 is ok just don’t smoke out my house :) Please be considerate of everyone and keep the noise to a minimum be clean & pay your rent on the first no grace period.
