Month + a $400 security deposit+ a $25 refundable key deposit NO DRINKING,DRUGS,OR WEAPONS ALLOWED.
FEMALE PREFERRED.
NO LATE COMPANY OR OVERNIGHT GUESTS, and cannot accommodate couples.
You must also pass a background check to which there is a $40 non refundable fee.
Free utilities if used and not abused, also free laundry service provided or if you choose you can take to laundromat.
Home is not child or pet proof so are not allowed.
I try to keep my home clean and expect you to do the same with your room.
No room for furniture or hoarders, room is fully furnished.
