This is a house of relaxation and moderation, that will be shared with me, a 62 yr old woman, a 39 yr old male, and a 34 yr old male only here a few days a week, and two small dogs.
I am a massage therapist and work out of my home in my Master suite, between the standard hours of 10am to 7pm Monday thru Saturday, and an occasional Sunday.
The room is for SINGLE occupancy only.

Rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, Laundry and Kitchen privileges.
You will also share the main bathroom, which has a skylight, and a 3 way medicine cabinet with lots of storage space, but you will need to supply your own towels, bedding, laundry soap, and Contribute to the toilet paper.
Don't have to be a clean freak, but not a total slob either.
Prefer goal oriented, working individuals, or students in a transitional stage.
Will consider an active retiree for $75 more a month.
