I am friendly, quiet, considerate, and have a career in the medical field.
The house is furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a dining room and two dens, one with a large screen TV.
There is a pool and hot tub.
Internet is free and utilities have been low.
I have my own bathroom.
There are three empty beds currently and I have been living alone.
I am open to renting out 0-3 of the beds depending on responses.
If you are a couple, then this is the cost per person not per room.
If you are on a spiritual path or some other thing, then worktrade for a slight rent reduction is possible.
Thus far, I have had many replies that are only one sentence, but if you can, please take the time to tell me about yourself, what you seek in a roommate, and/or what type of roommate you are.
