YOU MUST:
*be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
*Valid driver's license would be handy
*Assist with bedpan/wiping, she is bed-bound, .
she is not able to stand and can only move one arm.
*Assist with bathing - bed baths.
*Total time per day you are actually working for her daily needs is approximately 2- 3 hours, spread out through day, about every 2 to 5 hours.
And:
*You will cook meals for both of you,
*Clean house, {OCD clean not required but appreciated 😁}
*Keep up laundry, etc
*Basically she pays bills and you run the house.
What you will get-
*Use of private bedroom in her 2 bedroom home
*Use of common rooms
*Use of on site laundry
*TV in bedroom with her streaming service providers
*Free Wifi on her carrier
*Use of Xbox One, she has 100s of good games
*Off street parking
* Value of room/amenities estimated to be $1600.
per month plus:
*She gives you a stipend of $40.

*If you do not have EBT {food stamps, Cal-fresh} she can provide food but she's not wealthy so if you can get EBT Food Stamps she would be appreciative , she will help you apply if needed.
She is very pleasant and positive, with a good sense of humor, and still has her intelligence .
She keeps her religious preference to herself, as should you.
*If you smoke thc she smokes flower & oils, and shares enough you probably won't have to buy any.
There are two very sweet dogs at the home with access to fenced yard.
They are potty trained, you just need to put kibble in their bowls.
Her current helper is moving on but will train you.
She can tell you about her and the job.
