Botanist + ecologist who accepted a seasonal data and specimen collection job up in Redding for the Govt/BLM/NFS looking for housing during (and potentially after) my contract period.
--Looking to rent for April-September (possibly longer+)
--Must be okay with a single well-behaved, trained, spayed, and affectionate female cat
--I have my own things so prefer unfurnished/lightly furnished
--Have impeccable past rental history and great personal/professional references
--Am clean, and quiet, do not smoke, do not drink in the home, no drugs, and observe reasonable activity hours
--Bonus: used to be an EMT and have provided stabilizing medical care to roommates and other renters in the past
