Botanist looking for housing (Weaverville)

Hey all, My name is Sean and I am botanist who will be working in the Klamath - Siskiyou area for a bit and am trying to secure housing either in the Weaverville or Redding areas.
Weaverville is preferable.
I am very easy going with little to no baggage who has had numerous different living situations including from trailers to yurts to dispersed camping.
