Rehoming medium size dog

Rehoming our dog bella.
The good: she is spayed, has all shots, current on flea and heartworm prevention and has a transferable microchip.
She knows basic commands like sit, down, roll over and is crate trained.
She is pretty good potty trained but you have to let her out regularly she doesn’t ask.
She was 25 lbs at her last vet check.
She walks ok on a leash.
The bad: she will kill chickens.
She will also kill bunnies.
She is fine with cats and small dogs and kids just no chickens no bunnies.
If given the chance to escape the yard she sometimes is a runner.
She sometimes pulls on the leash and could use more training there.
We have to rehome her as we have chickens, and she also amps up when around her brother.
They are both good dogs when separate but when they are together they play off of each other and have a lot of negative behaviors that are just too much to handle.
We hope to find her a rehoming situation that she will be happiest with and that her brother will be able to lead a happier life as well.
