Red Heeler Needs a Home

We rescued this dog from a shelter, but he is not working out with our family.
We need to find him a good home ASAP! He is good with other dogs, but chases cats.
He needs someone who can give him some time because I think he was abused by someone before we got him.
Sweet dog.
He is housebroken and does fine in a kennel.
He is approximately 3 years old, neutered, and up-to-date on his shots.
