\*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Field Registered Nurse to provide high-quality medical care in the patients home.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in OASIS E.
New Patient Assessments, Plan of Care, Wound Care and other patient care services.
This is a home health agency.
Disciplines see and treat patients in the patients home.
Experience with OASIS E AND HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.
\*\*Duties:\*\* - Visit and conduct care in the patient home.
This is a HOME HEALTH AGENCY.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans through OASIS -E - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care techniques - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using systems like AXXESS - Manage durable medical equipment (DME) and ensure proper sterile processing \*\*Requirements:\*\* - Valid RN license with a background in anatomy knowledge - Proficiency in medical terminology and basic life support (BLS) - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Willing to travel/drive to patients home without mileage reimbursement \_ Willing to work as an Independent Contractor - 1099NEC \_ Willing to work only when there are patient assignments and flexible with schedule including weekends.
