We are a periodontal surgery specialty practice.
We provide specialized care in dental implants, gum surgery, and a variety of oral surgical procedures.
We have multiple periodontal surgery specialists operating in multiple locations, with plans to expand to new areas.
These practices are owned by one doctor and managed with a team of people united by the common goal of helping as many patients as possible experience dental surgery in a positive way.

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday.
The location of work may vary depending on need, with the majority of time located in Redding, CA.
Responsibilities
To work directly with the CEO and COO on business and personal tasks as assigned.
Manage the email inbox of the CEO and COO.
Composing and preparing correspondence.
Manage the calendars of the CEO and COO.
Help with managing busy schedules, scheduling meetings, and other personal and business activities.
Manage the task management software Asana for the CEO.
A high degree of professionalism and strong independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize the CEO’s and COO’s busy schedule and business activities.
Have access to highly sensitive, private information and manage it with fidelity and responsibility.
Compiling documents for meetings, taking notes at meetings at the CEO’s or COO’s request, setting up TV/Computer for Zoom meetings.
Proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes.
Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills
Confidence in your abilities, a high level of strategic thinking, and the ability to handle different workplace situations in terms of possible outcomes and solutions.
Manage highly sensitive, confidential information, with care and discretion.
Ability to collaborate with other members of our management team, and other business partners.
Attention to detail, task oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
Compensation and Benefits
Wage: $28+ per hour DOE
90-Day Review and wage assessment, with potential of increase
36-40 hour work week
Health Insurance Benefit at 30 days, all other benefits eligible after 90-day probation
40 hours Vacation (Accrued Annually) doubles at year 3 of service.
24 hours sick pay per year.
5 paid holidays.
