*The Role* Discover Hope is looking for *Full-Time/Part-Time Therapist *to join our clinical team.
This person will provide counseling services that support client independence, relational strength and family empowerment.
Our therapists provide individual, couple and family counseling services to diverse, motivated, and rewarding clients! Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Relaxed atmosphere * Flexible working hours * On-the-job training *Responsibilities:* * Deliver long-term individual, couples, and family therapy in outpatient clinic * Maintain ethical and compassionate care to clients * Additional opportunities available if desired – starting a group, teaching a class, giving presentations, etc.
* If desired, supervise AMFT, APCC or ACSW * Participation in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development.
*Qualifications:* * Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) * Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) * Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) * Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) * Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) * Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) * Appropriate CA-state licensure: must have active CA License and valid NPI * Recent MA/MS graduate pending BBS registration (application must have already been submitted) * Must complete credentialing and contracting with select insurance companies *Other Qualification Preferences:* * Prior experience in a group practice setting * Experience and training in Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy *What We Offer:* * Competitive compensation * Retirement plan with 3% match * Flexible schedule with 4 and 5 day work week options * Reimbursement for professional memberships, state licensure renewal, and annual education funds * Supplemental medical membership * Professional liability insurance coverage * Consistent referrals with minimal marketing efforts required by you * Enjoyable, diverse, motivated, and rewarding clients * Warm, friendly, and supportive team work environment * You focus on being a therapist, we handle the busywork * Preparation to support a future private practice Please visit www.
