Responsibilities:
This position assumes the responsibility for the educational design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of content delivered through the virtual environment of PrimE Academy.
The educator must be a subject matter expert in a wide range of leadership and clinical topics including critical care content.
The educator will work towards achieving the educational goals of the organization through a virtual platform and measure for effectiveness in obtaining desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
1.
Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state required
2.
Current BLS (ARC or AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
3.
Current ACLS (ARC or AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
4.
Master’s preparation in nursing and/or education, or comparable degree required
5.
Must have two (2) years previous education experience required
6.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability create curriculum
7.
Must have strong presentation skills
8.
Must be proficient with presentation software & virtual meeting rooms
9.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
10.
Must be able to travel to a variety of Prime Healthcare facilities on an as needed basis
Preferred qualifications:
1.
Working knowledge of a learning management platform preferred
2.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $103,667.
20 to $150,134.
40 on an annualized basis.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
