Compensation: Salary starting range $70,000 - $90,000; Commensurate to Skills, Education, and Experience
Hours: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Maas Energy Works is the leading developer and operator of on-farm, waste-to-energy systems in the United States.
The Company designs, develops, constructs, and operates biogas renewable energy generation systems, primarily on dairy farms.
Our projects include anaerobic digesters, biogas-powered electric generation, renewable natural gas upgrading.
Position Description:
Maas Energy Works is seeking a new Cash Flow Manager to help strategize and forecast company cash flows for a large renewable energy development and operations organization.
This position will liaise with the financial modeling team, Financial Controller, and CFO to gather the information needed to create timely financial projections to support company operations.
This will include building and maintaining complex financial models and budgets that will predict cash flows and then work closely with the CFO to ensure cash is effectively deployed.
As a fast-growing company in a developing niche industry, the ideal applicant should possess strong problem-solving skills, be highly organized, self-motivated, and have a background and education in finance or accounting.
Responsibilities:
• Manage intercompany cash flows, by projecting cash inflows and outflows
• Work closely with the Controller and Financial Modeling team to prepare financial reports and projections.
• Present various financial deliverables to CFO and CEO, to assist in company cash flow decision making
• Implement new processes for effective cash management and reporting as needed.
• Work with the Controller to develop annual budgets that ensures adequate funding for capital investments, operational overhead, and managing debt obligations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in economics, accounting, or finance
• 5+ years’ experience in cash flow management or equivalent financial or accounting position
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter mentality
• Must be proficient in English
