Seeking ppls experience with W & Co Property Solutions. (Redding)

I'm looking for anyones personal experience with W & Co.
Property Solutions.
They have a rental posted on CL that I'm interested in.
But, I've never heard of them before.
They have lots of pictures of the units they're offering though, with few (if any) details on rental/lease terms.
There's no record of them on the BBB (Better Business Bureau).
There's no website, no physical office location, no reviews *good or bad*, etc.
Seems kinda shady? I'm not looking for a long winded CL conversation.
I'm just looking for honest feedback so I don't get scammed.
