Hello, I am looking for a part-time IHSS provider for myself during the weekdays.
It would be 1-2 days a week, probably Monday's &/or Wednesdays, sometime between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
Also possible errands and or fill in's If needed.
I'm a disabled adult with both mental & physical health conditions & need help with,
•Monitoring conditions and notify Drs of any changes
•Assures proper maintenance of appointments & meds.
•Errands such as; appointments, pharmacy, light shopping, getting out of the house for light exercise
•household duties such as; meal prep, dishes, making the bed, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, laundry, etc.
•filling meds & med reminders
•help with nebulizer treatment
•hygiene
•rubbing pain cream on back
•supervision for falls
*Must have reliable transportation.
*Must be dependable, and honest.
There will be a brief get to know you interview to see if the fit is good.
