GREAT BUY! Hutch with Mirror - $200 (Cottonwood)

This is a nice piece of furniture and well made.
It is on casters so it's really easy to move around on a smooth surface but you can't see them so it's a really nice hidden feature.
The dimensions are as follows: the base is 60" wide x 19" deep x 33" tall.
The top with the mirror is 44" wide x 10" deep x 42" tall for an overall height of 75".
I need to clear the space this piece is taking up.
Make me a reasonable offer.
