Box for Sony WebTV - $5 (Redding)

I have no idea how to use or test it, or what to do with it.
Looks like it's worth around $40 on eBay as-is, no certification condition.
I figure for $5 it will go away.
It's a decent Sony WebTV Box Has the WebTV remote.
