*Job Duties and Tasks for: "Truck Driver, Heavy" *
Seeking an experienced *CDL-A low bed* and trailer dump driver with a *minimum of 2 years of experience*.
Qualified candidates must provide a valid CDL-A license, medical card and must be knowledgeable of DOT regulations (such as daily vehicle pre-and post-trip inspections).
Experience with moving and handling commercial construction equipment such as (excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, dozers, and dump trailers) Is required.
Pre-employment physical and drug screen required.
*1) *Drives truck with capacity of more than 3 tons to transport and deliver cargo, materials, or Heavy Equipment.
*2) *Maintains radio or telephone contact with base or supervisor to receive instructions or be dispatched to new location.
*3) *Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.
*4) *Keeps record of materials and products transported.
*5) *Positions blocks and chain around items to secure cargo for transport.
*6) *Cleans, inspects, vehicle.
*7) *Operates equipment on vehicle to load, unload, or disperse cargo or materials.
*8) *Obtains customer signature goods delivered.
