JOB SUMMARY: This team member is responsible for ensuring the safe and orderly transportation of guests and team members on assigned bus routes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities outlined here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, however, are not all inclusive:
Performs daily shuttle pre-check.
Charts and files required transportation documents and reports.
Cleans inside of vehicles and wash vehicles on a weekly basis.
Reports all problems or necessary repairs to the Transportation Manager immediately.
Assists all patrons while boarding or disembarking vehicle.
Attends all training needed to maintain a current Commercial “C” license with Passenger Endorsement.
Must attend all department meetings and training as required.
Must maintain an excellent safety record.
Driving carts may be scheduled as part of the duties.
Performs all duties in a manner that continually supports the vision, mission, values, and principles of the Resort & Casino.
Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s guest service program.
All other duties assigned by the Security Manager.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

A High School diploma, or the equivalent thereof, is required.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
The experience and knowledge requirements outlined here are representative of the minimum that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, however, higher levels of experience and knowledge than required may be reflected during the recruitment process:
The ability to effectively communicate with guests and all team members of the Resort & Casino is required.
A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence, concurrent with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the organization is required.
A valid California Class “C” or “B” DMV license with a Passenger Endorsement is required.
A clean driving record is required.
Minimum 1 year experience in a related field is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical requirements outlined here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
Continuously sits and drives.
Occasionally stands, walks, bends/stoops, climbs, reaches above/below shoulder level, kneels, squats, and crawls.
Occasionally lifts/carries up to seventy five (75) pounds is required.
Occasionally pushes/pulls over one hundred (100) pounds is required.

This individual must be able to meet the suitability requirements of the Redding Rancheria’s Gaming Agency to obtain a gaming license.
