We have an immediate opening for an affable professional to train in tandem with our award winning Customer Service Team and represent our capacious client base.
This position offers individualized training that encompasses product knowledge, cross functional departments, and interpersonal communication skills that will provide you with the tools to advance within your first year of employment.
*Core Duties:*
* Attend daily strategy meetings educating you on product knowledge
* Observe customer interactions demonstrated by senior team members
* Emulate best practices while prospecting new customers
* Break the ice with members from all demographics and relate products to their needs
* Adapt to changes and obstacles with professionalism and positivity
* Clarify questions about products and overturn objections
* Guide customer through the sales cycle and ensure a pleasant experience
* Express insights and feedback to team members and senior leadership
