Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special accommodations
- Operate the hotel's phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department or guest room
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front desk area/ Breakfast Bar / Common areas
Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and hotel policies
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems for reservations, guest profiles, and billing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
