Roku Channel- PROJECT H.E.A.T - $15,000 (NORCAL)

I own several nonprofits (www.
jpiprojectheat.
com) and recently was donated/gifted 4k dvds, dvd repairing machines, some older studio/dj equipment, speakers, keyboards, vast record collection.
I have small video production kit including green screen with lighting.
I am looking to partner with several individuals or companies who have video production or Developer experience who maybe interested in launching a new channel on Roku which will be featured in several different markets of our choice.
I have all of the tech (I.
T.
) necessary to support.
Being I have a mentor and apprenticeship program the gov.
has provided and number of apps and training to assist us.
This could be a huge deal for a small entry.
There is some leg work to do but everything is pretty much in place.
I am currently looking for a warehouse or barn we can convert to a Studio in Sacramento and Redding.
