Snuffy the VAC-a-Derm Foam Shipping Peanut Dispenser Delivery System Snuffy the VAC-a-Derm is a foam shipping peanut storage and delivery system dispenser.
This is a pretty cool and fun device that was invented by someone several years ago and can be really helpful for those who use foam peanuts to fill your packages.
I acquired this to help package my e-commerce shipments but no longer need it anymore.
It is used but in pretty good condition and works great.
How does it work? It is designed to hang from the ceiling and has a 110v power cord that can be plugged into a standard plug.
When you turn the power switch on, it activates a low suction fan that can "suck" foam peanuts up into a giant 65-gallon capacity container.
The foam peanuts can then be stored there until emptied via gravity back into your shipment and/or box using a manually operated scissor valve.
It can be used to both remove peanuts out of a box or bag and/or to deliver them into a box or container.
It is a lot easier and cleaner to use this device rather than to hand scoop all of the peanuts in or out of your package.
Similar shipping Peanut Dispensers sell new for around $300.
