Chrysler 300 - $2,000 (Redding)

I'm not sure what's wrong with it.
I really don't know anything about cars.
I don't really have the money or the time to fix it.
But my loss is your gain.
when I parked it it would try to start but it wouldn't turn over.
It made a really loud sound and I didn't want to continue trying and cause any further damage.
It's been sitting for about a year.
I honestly have no idea what is wrong with it.
