LAUNDRY: We have an ideal Laundry Room, with large appliances, and soaps shelving.
this keeps your closet space for you, with no phosphates, chemicals to breath, reducing clutter your elegant Apartment.
SMOKING: No smoking Building / Courtyard / Sidewalks
RECYCLING: all of our buildings provide Food Compost, Yard Waste, Recycle, and Trash bins.
MOLD: this Building is completely mold free.
LEASE: we prefer long term Residents (we have 1 year leases) but we do allow residents to break them with a re-leasing fee equal to 1 month's rent.
OUT OF OWN – we can help, as I am security solid, and will provide a safe process … note: no early birds, this is not for sharp elbows.
PARKING: Free “non-zoned” Parking on street, or an optional 24-7 reserved stall, typically 30, depending on your vehicle.
No "Air B+B" or similar aggressive landlord type behavior .
