I a land conservation initiative and I currently have roughly 700 acres under contract in Anderson seperated into several parcels.
I am looking to do a spreaded affordable housing business model designed to be off-grid highly resourceful locations as well as tiny home communities in Sacramento developing the surplus land.
I recently inhiereted 73 acres and a 2 acre parcel that are located in Colleton, SC and have been in our Estate since July 4, 1776, the county is working on making it a historic land mark (or something to that effect).
I just received them in Probate and I am looking to leverage some of the equity on the projects I mentioned.
I am not looking to sell!!! I am looking to work a favorable deal with a reasonable person for a short term.
The larger property has a current fair market value of $483,500 new improvements and acreage was just recently added andt smaller parcel is neat and valued at about $18k.
I looking for a 1-5 year term at a favorable rate to the investor.
We in registered as housing sponsor with support from HUD and Dept.
of Labor.
There is currently a lot of support for programs like these and I would like to use this property to be able to help my local community and people in California.
