Cattle Horse or Sheep Pasture for Lease (Millville Plains)

I have 156 acres of winter pasture on the Millville Plains.
I want to trade for cattle, horse or sheep grazing for 3 years for fencing the property the rest of the way.
The property needs approximatey 2/3 of a mile of fencing.
Most pull posts are installed already.
Mostly just needs the T-posts and barbed wire.
