It started and ran when I parked it, due to a back injury, engine light being on, and lack of money to maintain it.
It now has a dead battery due to my being too busy to deal with it, and has 3 windows that do not stay up completely right now.
When the registration was due in April of 2022, I put it on Non-Op.
There should be NO issues with DMV.
New owner should only have to pay the current year registration.
When it was last filled with gas, the mileage read 93,712 and it got 24 mpg since the previous fill up.
Due to the age of the car, and since I am the third owner, I do not know if the miles have 'rolled over' or not.
Due to the Non - Op status, buyer must bring a big flat bed truck or a trailer once they purchase it / trade for it.

The car has the usual scrapes and minor dents of most cars its age.
I have attached a picture of the worse dent on the passenger door on the driver's side which has not interfered with the use of the door at all.
The windows fell down during the rains we had.
The plastic bags taped to the windows are to prevent more rain from entering the car and to keep the neighbor's cats out of the car.
The Regal mark / sign is on both front doors.

The good part: could sleep up to five.
Queen bed over hitch, full bed in the back, and once cushions are put in, the table could break down and make a twin bed.
Roof racks could support some camp gear or kayaks.
Old refrigerator was replaced by previous owner.
Cabinets in decent / useable condition, single sink and small stove on a counter that hinges over to lay on dinette with table down to close up the trailer for transport or storage.
The bad: Needs canvas repair or replacement, interior lights repaired.
Replacement refrigerator is not an RV fridge and works only on electricity.
Two burner stove has not been used for a few years.
The previous owner said they cooked outside.
Reasons for selling: I have not been able to camp in it since one of my best friends can't even go inside of it much less sleep in it.
She is allergic to dogs and cats, and both have slept in the trailer.
I have no time to repair the canvas.
I am in need of a RV larger trailer.

I am need of a larger, self-contained trailer with these requirements
~ regular straight pull hitch.
No fifth wheels.
~ 5-15 years old (can not afford newer / can't afford repairs on something much older)
~ at least 18 feet long and up to 23 feet (depending on weight and layout).
I have a 2003 half ton Chevrolet Tahoe to pull with and do not want to max out its tow capacity.
~ Bathroom must have toilet and shower separate.
I would prefer to have the rv tub / shower combination.
~ Capable of sleeping 4-5.
Would like one large bed, 2 twin bunks, and a dinette that can break down to make a twin bed.
Jackknife sofa which makes a bed is ok.
