If you are not familiar with the lake, it is the largest in the California and tends to be the best for family fun summer vacations and watersports like wake surfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, or just sightseeing.
Our guests have tried other lakes like Don Pedro, Berryessa, New Melones, Bass Lake, Tahoe, Trinity, Rollins, Folsom and many others but keep coming back.
Many of our guests use to spend their lake vacation on a houseboat but now prefer the luxury of these homes at these rare lakefront locations.
There are so many things to do beyond boating including some of the nicest waterfalls in California like Burney Falls, McCloud Falls and more, the Shasta Caverns, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Hunting, Golfing, or snow skiing and snowboarding at Mount Shasta.
There are hundreds of miles of ATV and 4WD off road trails to explore.

The drive is much easier than going to Tahoe with very little traffic.
The homes are located in the Highly desired Sugarloaf area in the town of Lakehead which is the only town that is right at the lake and the only part of the lake with homes right on the water.
It is on the Sacramento arm of the lake and is about 25 minutes north of Redding, CA.
Some of the homes are owned by family members including ourselves and others are owned by others but managed by us.
