JBCI started out performing small projects for the U.
S.
Forest Service such as road decommissioning, and culvert installations.
Today, JBCI works for Federal, State and Local agencies throughout California completing a variety of heavy civil construction projects, from installing pre-cast concrete bridges to complete roadway reconstruction.

* Willing to travel throughout Northern California
* Proficient Paver start up procedures
* Paving layout experience
* Paving experience with a windrow pick up machine
* Experience in automatic grade control and slope controls, crown position, vibratory controls, extensions and cut off shoes.
* Observe distribution of paving materials along screed and control the direction of the screed to eliminate voids at curbs and joints.
* Operate paver and other heavy equipment in safe and appropriate manner.
* Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
* Attend daily and weekly safety meetings and inspections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85.
00 per hour
